Who we are

El1te Auto Bodies Ltd ("we", "us") trading as El1te Auto Bodies, Unit 7, Woodhouse Mill Industrial Estate, Sheffield S13 9WG, is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Contact: hello@eliteautobodies.com.

What we collect

• Details you send through our quote form: name, phone, email, postcode, vehicle registration, a description of the damage and any photos you upload.
• Information you give us by phone, email or WhatsApp.
• Basic technical information our web host records in server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare an estimate (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract).
• To carry out repairs and deal with your insurer or the third-party insurer where you ask us to (contract).
• To meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

We don't sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only where needed: insurers, assessors and claims handlers involved in your repair, parts suppliers (vehicle details only), and our IT and hosting providers who process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Job records are kept for 6 years for accounting and warranty purposes.

Cookies

This site doesn't set any tracking cookies. The map in the footer is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads. See Google's privacy policy for details.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@eliteautobodies.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
