Estimates

Estimates given from photos are a guide. We'll confirm the final price once we've inspected the vehicle, and we won't carry out extra work without your agreement.

Insurance work

Where the repair is being paid for by an insurer, you remain responsible for any policy excess, betterment or work not authorised by the insurer.

Payment

Private work is payable in full on collection unless agreed otherwise in writing. Vehicles remain in our care until the invoice is settled.

Storage

Vehicles not collected within 7 days of us telling you they're ready may be charged a storage fee.

Guarantee

Our workmanship and paint are guaranteed as set out on your invoice. The guarantee doesn't cover new accident damage, stone chips, wear and tear or work carried out by others.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
